Shipping

On receipt of an order and after credit card authorisation, your details will be processed and your purchase acknowledged by email.

We deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. For all orders placed before 2.30pm, we aim to deliver by 3pm the following day. All time scales exclude weekends and UK bank holidays where orders are normally despatched on the next working day.

If you are not available to accept delivery of your order the driver will leave a card to let you know delivery was attempted. You may take the card to your nearest depot and collect the package, or call the number on the card to make arrangements to have the package left in a safe place, or with a neighbour. Alternatively you can wait for the courier to return and deliver the following day. If there is no one available to receive your package when the second delivery is attempted it will be returned to the depot and you will be contacted by our customer services team to make further arrangements.
